Just watched it. To be honest, I don't think he changed that much. He got stronger, but that's just newbie gains. I was a little disappointed to see his body fat level at week 10, where he only gave himself 2 weeks to drop fat. I think his diet could have been better.

Yeah I though with his fairly solid build they would it put him on a big cut for 3 month and try and sculpt what he already has instead of build and cut for 2 weeks, either way a decent improvement
 
He looked better, but I was impressed with his before 1rm for bench 95kgs for a guy off the street is awesome, also his 1rm for squat afterwards was awesome 140kgs.
 
Yeah, a guy who has trouble just lifting the bar would have been interesting. The newbie gains would be through the roof!
