This shake provides 1,000kcal in the following proportions of macronutrients:C =156g /P=62g/F=18g
2 cups skim milk, 1 cup oatmeal, 30g whey isolate, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter, 2 bananas medium-sized
2 cups of skimmed milk=23g of carbohydrates, 15g of protein and 4g of fat for a total of 201 kcal
1 cup of oats = 54g of carbohydrates, 12g of protein and 7g of fat and a total of 333kcal
30g of isolated whey protein = 26g of proteins, 2 grams of carbohydrates, 0g of fats and a total of 108 kcal
1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter = 3g carbohydrates, 4g protein and 6g fat and a total of 88kcal
1 tablespoon of bee honey=16g carbohydrates, 0g protein, 0g fat and provides a total of 66kcal
2 bananas medium =57g of carbohydrates, 3g of protein, 0g of fat and provides a total of 219kcal
