· ITS ON!!
· Deadliest Deadlift & Bench Comp is being held on Sunday the 4th of Dec 2011 at Muscle Pit, 25 Crawford Street Cannington...

· Weigh-in 9.30am to 10.30am Comp Starts 11am Sharp.
· There will be a rep out challenge at this year’s comp as well....
Rep Comp
· Divisions up to 85kg
rep weight 160kg –
· 85kg to 100kg
rep weight 180kg –
· 100kg to115kg
rep weight 200kg –
· 115kg plus
rep weight 220kg
Winner is most reps across all divisions.......ons)
Bench Comp - must have a minimum of 150kg opener (Winner on Wilks Formula)
Deadlift Comp - Raising Bar format as last year - (Winner on Wilks formula)
Entry Fee CAPO Members $20 - Non Members $40
