Bodybuilding is not a cheap hobby/lifestyle that's for sure! So how much do you spend per month on supps?

Errrrrr...

$70 on protein per month (5kg)
$14 on Glutamine per month (500g)
$6 on Creatine per month (300g)
$24 on Joint Complex capsules (120 caps)
$6 on Blended Oats (2kg)
$10 on GABA powder (150g)

Total $130

Prob between 50-100 bucks - dont really buy much these days - prob spend more on all the vitamins, fish oil etc etc than protein and that.

$100-150. Usually just protein, a pre workout and then something extra when it comes along like Ep1c or mamba's. :)

Rough guide a day:
- 70g of protein powder @ $40/kg. = $1.40 a serve * 2.
- 10g pre workout/creatine @ $1.50 a serve.
- 10g of intra workout/BCAAs/glutamine @ $1.50 a serve.
- Vitamins (fish oil, multi, magnesium, zinc) = About $1.00 a day.

= $6.80 or round up to $7 a day.
* 30 and it's $50 a week or $200 a month.
