Weight Gain / Loss

About 6-8kg in a year. I started at 72kg and high BF% but am now 78kg and rising back to 80kg odd where I was a few weeks back on a lower bf%. Want to get to 90kg this year.

Cheers,
Mike

From my lowest point? About 20kg. And I'm expecting atleast another 10 in the coming year or two.

about 40kgs.

about 20kgs in the first couple of years, and 20kgs in the last couple of years. nothing in the middle few years due to a combination of low motivation, shit programs and crap diet and niggling injuries.

Got down to 104kg which was 45.7kg loss. Started at 149.7kg.

Have since put on 6kg and hovering around 110kg..

up from 72kg to 76kg in a year at similar BF%. (I am not trying to get massive because of weight classes)

Started at ~177cm and about 69kg, lost about 3kg in a few weeks, got up to 74kg at one stage and now in the 71-73kg range.
Hopefully 82.99kg by end of June :)

55kgs 9% b/f 2002

84kgs 12% b/f 2005

78.5kgs 10% yesterday

Ive just cut down to 76 kgs for a fight itll take me around 6 weeks to get back to 82ish kg's which is were i feel strong and fit

1995- 52kg
2005- 75kg
2007- 85kg 14% BF (heaviest)
2011- 75kgs 10.2% BF (maintenance weight)

Comp weight will be 65kgs@4% BF hopefully

1985 - around 52kg (bodyfat would have been under 10% I'd say)
1993 - around 75kg (heaviest)
2000 - ~72kg for the next 10 years
2011- 73kgs 16% BF and trying to add 2-3kgs of pure muscle only this year, while maybe nipping 1% off the BF.

So about 20kgs+ in the last 25 years, about 15kgs of that is muscle.
