My scale is pretty shit, and varies weight by up to 1 kg when i weight myself 3-4 times in a row on it. Makes it hard to cut, because not sure if actually losing weight or not lol.
Just wanted to know what scales you guys got and would reccomend?
After a bit of trialling, I got a Tanita BC-541. It calibrates itself (it seems) before it tells you to hop on. Highly reproducible measurements; varies by no more than 0.1kg from one measurement to the next.
I tried 4-5 others in the shop at the the time. They all varied by 2-3kg from measurement to measurement. One was 11kg out, which I found amazing.
