Absolutely nothing. Always used straps for snatch, clean pulls, and halting deadlifts. Relied solely on extra adrenaline release to lift maximum weights, born out of a competition environment, where an atmosphere of positive tension/nervousness is automatically created.What are you guys doing for your grip strength?
I have had a set of these for years, keep it in my car, I like using them while driving along.
