dunno when but saving my money,note the lack of social life. If and when,you ll know. I know theres an abbatoirs there,so most likely will go shove carcasses around or something.
No abbatoirs around where I live, no abbatoirs, no caravans, there is a lot of hot chicks though.

My numbers are quite modest. Just been trying keep in shape and maintain.
Max squat: 140kg, bench 100kg and deadlift 140kg.
I’ve only really tried to max my squat. Plus don’t have a training partner to spot me.

Typical broad spectrum targets to aim for are:
1.5x body weight bench.
2x bodyweight squat
2.5x bodyweight deadlift
1x bodyweight standing strict overhead press.
So your doing better than most lifters. Most.

But I'm no powerlifter, just a BBer gym rat.
Train and have trained for the last 20 years with a twice aus champ powerlifter, and we have never 100% agreed on everything, but the numbers you posted in ref to BW align.
