If im lifting 60kg bench 5x sets 5x reps how much weight should i be lifting for military press to keep everything balanced and even? Same goes with any exercises really. I dont want one muscle to out grow another and look odd.
I hope that made sense cause im not the best at explaining stuff.
Strength does not always equal size.
I've got a big biceps curl, but smallish arms in proportion to my body as I have long limbs.
Just lift the heaviest weights you can safely handle.
Unless you are an absolute freak, it's not like one of your bodyparts is going to grow abnormally large and out of balance, not all of a sudden anyway.
