yeah it looks to be half decent and you at least get a fish in it too and this new spinach stuff which is suppose to be 12 cups worth.

Just letting you guys know as well with all Fusion products the label claims and product contents must be approved by Health Canada before they are allowed to start selling the product.

Health Canada is like our TGA basically but a little more efficient so all product claims must be substantiated and all contents must be tested for toxins and then label claims of each mg per ingredient.

So when you buy fusion bodybuilding products you are buying something trusted.

If any of you have ever watched Bigger Stronger Faster you will know how different this is from the USA where you can make the stuff in your kitchen and the FDA has to get around to testing the product which is hardly ever done unless a complaint is made.
