Office Gym. What would you include?

Potential for an office gym. I’m putting together a kit list and budget, but don’t want to take the piss as it will kill it.

I can get this lot with a mixture of new, used and ex-demo for about 2000$.

Treadmill

Cross trainer

Rowing machine

Punch/kick bag and bracket + gloves

Bench with stand

Adjustable bench / multi gym for flys, leg raises etc

200+ kg mixed weights with bars and fittings

What else would you want? Like I said, funds are limited.

Office Gym? You're putting a Boxing Bag in an Office? They make a bit of noise. Guess it'll encourage the Customers to pay on time.

All I'd want is a Power Rack with Bench that you can do Chins and Dips from and the rest would just be secondary.

And the Treadmill.

we have soundproof walls right there
If you go to gym in morning then move it to evening or after office time as you would already be too worn out after office to study https://enrgifitness.com/fitness-in-the-office/. Gym after office would also prove as a good stress buster.

In our office we do have only treadmill which is occupied by girls and rowing machine for guys. Need some more equipment fron your list

Good ol bench.
Every kunce will be on it, benching curling, benching, curling.
It’s the only thing that will get new kunce to touch weights, they are all familiar with it.
Stick a squat rack in there and tell ‘em to squat, they look at it and say “fuk that, let’s go pub’.
You have to be realistic about this, and give them a way in, than will spark some interest.

The kit list looks legit, and $2000 sounds reasonable for what you're getting. The treadmill and cross trainer are classic choices, but I also dig the rowing machine. The punching/kick bag and gloves are a nice touch for those stress-relieving workout sessions. If you're looking for more suggestions, you could consider adding resistance bands for some versatile workouts or some of the best punching bags for apartments. Also, have you thought about the space you're working with? You might want to invest in some rubber gym mats to protect the floors and equipment.
