    Got abnormal muscles?

    dont even worry about it mate, seriously no one will notice unless you point it out. My arms vary by 2inchs, my calves are about 3inches different. quads pecs lats all arnt perfect, but no one has ever noticed unless I've pointed it out.

    main reason would be time, trying to fit it in with work/study/family/kids, leads to missing workouts sometimes even whole weeks.

    yeah all good now was just the first few weeks getting use to the new running style and flat shoes. not to mention running with flat shoes your getting more calf stretch before your heel "kisses" the ground.

    I run in minimus shoes with a forefoot strike, burns the calves when you first start but its surprisingly easier on the ankles and knees once you get use to it.

    Bazza's post is gold hahaa, I do sprint distance triathlons so cardio is a necessity, but its more about speed than long endurance I run between 10-15k a week split over 2-3 sessions at a fairly high pace.

    Im fine for you ladies you go without shorts or just leggings but if your a bloke please chuck some shorts over the top. there are a few guys at my gym who wear just skins
