    Hmmm....May as well put my daily meals in... 4 egg whites, tuna sandwitch, tin of stagg, another tuna sandwitch, tin of beans, 2 egg whites, pork and rice noodles, roll now museli and bed!

    Steroids are just stupid IMO. So many side affects, small dick, moody, hardened artery's, and basically just a cheaters way of getting big without doing the hard yards. Personally i just think they are stupid.
