wow lots of stuff happening in that final episode, gemma! >.<
on the whole thought it was a pretty awful episode for a finale tho...the episode seemed self-indulgent and wanky.
all those long long drawn out shots; extra close close-ups, dragging all the scenes out with big spaces in dialog...

best way to start? id say KISS, cut sugar from your diet.
drinks are typically the worst, juices, soft drinks, alcohol... find a way to make water the only thing you drink and 5 bucks says your body will do the rest.
these are the things i consider important:
no salt before cooking
no marinades
no oil or spray
room temperature meat (1hr out of fridge)
super hot clean BBQ (grill side not flat side)
cook leaner cuts can be a bit rarer - 2:30-3:00 a side
fattier cuts a bit longer - 3:00-3:30 a side
wrap...
so everyone here does the daily skipping breakfast IF thing?
dont see much about the full daily fasts, 6/1 or 5/2 - 1 or 2 days a week with 500/600 cals on those days and no limits whatsoever on the other days
+1 milk
ive found it much easier to smash full cream milk and other dairy stuff (yoghurt, smoothies) if you arent a big eater and needing extra calories with your meals.

either that or just get stoned and put a lot of food within arms reach...voila! big caloric intake.
