Anyone got a recipe for these that works, as in you end up with something proteiny and tasty?
I will be using whey protein, because that's all I have. It's not sweetened, but I have both brown sugar (and other kinds) and some stevia powder, as options there. Not too worried about...
This is good. I feel both relieved and vindicated, as Valsalva is exactly what I've been doing since starting.
Thanks for clearing that up for absolute certain. Hate that little niggling doubt, when you read or hear something contradictory about lifting, diet, whatever. Could just be me though...
Yeah, haha.
For the big three, I mean. What's the best, most effective, safest way to breathe during each of the big three powerlifts?
I think I know this already (and I hope so!) but shit, the more you read - on the internet - the less you know, y'know? :D
Whoa there. I didn't even know you had a Facebook page, let alone a link to testing or whatever.
So I'll have a look. Thanks for, in your own special way, being helpful.
What can I say, I'm a sceptic's sceptic. :)
So, for Aussie companies, we got PW and BN. That's good. Who else actually provides WPC and WPI that *IS* motherfucking WPC and WPI, respectively?
Moar tests anywhere? Other than NB...
That's more chinups and pullups than most women can do, just for starters. Didn't even kip the fucking things - wow.
Also, decent tits, from what I can tell with that inconvenient clothing all over her. Possibly nice ass too.
Yeah, go homemade or proper housemade. Great with tons of bacon, incidentally (yes, seriously!)
Even easier than meat patties to make yourself anyway. Stoopidly easy.
And besides, commerical burgers of any kind are shit. Well, the vast majority.
Haven't bought PW for a while now, so was wondering if anyone else had some, and either had tested, or felt like doing so.
Not going to buy from very many companies, until I know they're okay.
Anyone done or seen testing on Professional Whey's, uh, whey?
I suspect they'd be fine, but it would be kinda hilariously ironic if they weren't, given their style of advertising and stuff. :p
Any idea where I could buy some really thin oly plates?
They'd be for a pair of dumbbell handles I have lying around. Just want to be able to load them up as much as possible.
Yeah, this. :p
Physical culture, that's my thing.
Fucked if I know. I don't call myself anything. I just lift stuff, and like the process of getting stronger, and bigger.
Seems to me the only people who should call themselves powerlifters are the ones competing. But again, I don't know...
Well, listening to bogan strayan makes me want to knock the fuck out of whoever it is.
Er, what? :D
Russian, nope. Was thinking about signing up for that Sheiko thing too. Might've been worth the travel and cost. But ебать это дерьмо.
#1: Vanilla
Smells like (mild) vanilla confectionary or the like. Not overwhelming.
Tastes much the same, like a vanilla-ish milkshake, icecream, or other. Definitely not offensive, very smooth and easy to drink, would go with almost anything else too. Nice.
#2: Banana
Just for something...
Thanks for posting that, mate. Also the guys who hosted it, and recorded it (and uploaded it). Would like to see more of this sort of thing - Aussies, Seppos, Russians, or whoever.
Medium rare well seasoned T-bone (half a kilo+) plus some sauted veges. :)
I eat this (more or less the same way) often. Can't help it. Sometimes I get all fancy and do a homemade sauce to go with, but honestly, it doesn't even need that. Salt, black pepper, and done.
