    Hi i have been taking Nitirc Oxide about 45 to 30 min before my work outs. But every time u start to go really hard it makes me spew. It is Superpump 250 I got this 1 because the bloke at supplement king told me to use this to start with as i want the BSNAny help would be much appreciated

    Straps, wraps, and you.

    Its what u really want out of your work out i guess. I have just started not using the straps for shrugs to try n build my grip up. but as for deadlift i will still use the straps as till my grip gets better.Each to there own i guess
