    how long have you been doing 5x5, Personally i find if i stay in a set rep range my lifts stagnate, if i drop reps back below 5 for too long, my lifts stagnate. mix it up every few months , do some 20 rep sets, and gradually reduce this while increasing weights, As mentioned a good back...

    get it diagnosed properly, get it fixed, give up on heavy deadlifts or squats, once its broke it cant be fixed, just managed, and pain releived. i have learnt my lesson the hard way...

    chalk gives you heaps more grip than gloves When your misses starts to complain about your callused hands start moisturising, I know it sounds faggy, but it keeps the calluses soft so they dont tear and get scratchie,...and then you still get to play with the goodies!

    Get a dexa done, get bf measurements ie calipers done on same day as close as possible. Use the dexa to calibrate the calipers fir lack if a better term Get one or two monthly caliper readings done, knowing how "out" they are

    Love my meat with bones, T-bone , rib on the bone, awsome the bone adds heaps of flavour.. I think the best bet is to start with a quality piece of animal, the cut doesn't dictate the quality.
