    Disorientation after workout.

I've just completed a high intense workout (Bas Rutten All Round Workout) and have been doing these for months now but after todays workout it feels like the floor beneath me is moving. Kind of like that feeling when you get off an elevator. I'm not faint, I'm not dizzy, I feel ok but when I get...

Have you done the Tough Mudder or something like it

Was only Monday. I did TM last year and I suffered leg burnout more than fitness so was hoping to be able to improve endurance. A bike would probably help for a week.

Have you done the Tough Mudder or something like it

Have 4 weeks left and have just received some nice shin splints. Any tips on how to get through this knowing it is pretty critical to keep my fitness up. I was running 10k's and had to really work upto that since I hate running.

Have you done the Tough Mudder or something like it

Did last years Tough Mudder and am training for this years in August. I'm not the strongest bloke going around and did the event at 104kg last year and managed all the obstacles without a problem. The running killed me the most. I was able to do a 12km run a week before the event but on the day...

    Other sports?

Played baseball as a pitcher and the main thing was to build leg strength. I kind of did the opposite of most and skipped chest day. Now my legs are bigger compared to the rest of my body and right Lat muscle is quite larger than my left.

Thanks for all the replies. We're just over a week now since bub has been born and we have a 2 hourly night feeder......snooze. I feel alright during the day but crash early at the moment. Working out after a new born.

Have my second child on the way next week and no doubt lack of sleep will be a factor. I am doing Tough Mudder in August again so need to keep up the strength and fitness. Problem is the extra duties to take care of. I normally run around 4.30am but can't see that happening after sleepless...

    Sedentry Lifestyle and weight loss.

Yeah have my food measured, no dramas there. When on keto I was hitting my targets frequently. Prior to that I was doing 40/40/20. I have previously lost weight whilst being in this job a couple years ago when training for Tough Mudder. I was running alot and mainly doing body weight stuff and...

    Sedentry Lifestyle and weight loss.

What effects exactly does a sedentry lifestyle have on ones ability to lose weight. I am looking into it more that sitting at a desk all day is now apparently as bad as smoking. Basically I drive to work, sit at a desk all day, drive home then workout. I have heard that the workout itself is...
