    High vs low frequency training

    3 times a week, every session involves squats 4 warmup sets then 5x5 squats. Also alternating days with bench and deadlifts ie Monday and Friday is deads and bench Wed, next week it swaps. Working well for me so far.

    One of the said persons is a PT who recently got her cert after 4 years (of the short shitty course) she also said she learnt strength and coaching. Doubt it. That's what I tried to explain it's wasn't that my way was wrong but for what I want (strength and max effort) my form is perfectly fine.

    Tested maxes last week, bench 80, squat 95 and dead was 135. Coach said I had a 90 bench and 150 dead in me.

    Currently doing an online training program from ptc finished my first 6 weeks and testing maxes this week. Being the first program there's no real volume or even numbers worth mentioning yet but it's been a great program so far and its working very well for my numbers.
