    forearm/shoulder issue

Hey guys, I have a problem with my shoulder/forearm especially with any rowing exercise. When I go to the gym I can't hear it because of the noise but when I train at home, its much quieter and I can hear it. It's like a creaking noise right where the joint is. I thought maybe it's because I'm...

    Bench, Squat, Deadlift

When I had a personal trainer a few years ago, he told me "Squat is king, if you only had 5 minutes to train, you can't beat the squat." Funny thing is I've never seen him squat.

    Bench, Squat, Deadlift

As far as I understand it, Bazza is right, if you want to improve the bench, dead and squat then they are a must. As far as bodybuilding is concerned, you are working the muscle, not lifts. Whether that is right or wrong, who knows. There are thousands of differing opinions out there.

the what u saw at the gym TODAY thread

Saw a guy this morning doing dumbell front raises. He wouldn't even get his arms parallel to the floor, he was getting the dumbells a quarter of the way up, it looked rediculous. Then he moves on to side lateral raises and does the same thing.

Shoulder Overhead Press. To sit or stand?

just out of interest, do you guys do a full lock at the top or stop short enough so the tension is still on the shoulders? I'm thinking bodybuilding here, not powerlifting. When I do a full lock out, there is no tension on my shoulders and its all in my triceps so now I stop short so the tension...

    What is your training split?

Chest, shoulders, tris Legs and abs Back and bis I do it twice a week with 1 rest day. I should be doing cardio but I rarely go to the gym because they have a rediculously cheap membership drive which has attracted plenty of dickheads and now there isn't much room to move so I mainly train at home.
