    Strength training. What to do on off days?

    I do strength training three days a week and need to do something on off days? What kinds of weights training would be most beneficial? Monday/Wednesday/Friday = squats, deads, press, bench and a set of chins, push-ups, sit-ups. Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday/Sunday = ????????

    It's basics is that you do a full body workout 3 times a week. First 2 weeks 15 reps in the last week last workout hit your 1rm. Only 1 or 2 sets per exercise. Second week do sets of 10. Third sets of 5. Last week is rest week. Anyone tell me more?

    I was given a program from a natural bodybuilder a year or two ago. He recommended doing a set of 30, set of 20, set of 10, and two to three sets of 6. It obviously worked for him very well. Any reason why this wouldn't work for most people..

    Had to drop the weight seriously because of the super sets. I can't see them lasting long term. But I will keep them going until August. Then I'll look at a 4 day or even 3 day training. Do that to bulk up for summer then cut in November. Would love some help or advice from anyone. Of course...

    Cardio is easier then hunger pains IMO. Being a natural endomorph it is hard to cut without cardio.

    If running a split routine at a gym the best thing would be to do legs on Monday. Very rarely anyone else is. Chest would be best on Friday when nobody else shows up. But if you want to ensure you don't kill your tris by doing chest, shoulders arms 2 or more days in a row I would try this...
