    Is this a good routine?

Okay thanks lol. I just want to learn as much as I can especially considering I am still a rookie.

    Is this a good routine?

Thanks for the suggestion mate. What were the reasons for you changing some of the exercises and changing the reps? I'm guessing this is not a strength oriented routine? 1x20 leg press on the current weight I do would be impossible, I'm usually stuffed after the 5th rep because I go heavy...

    Is this a good routine?

I'm currently a member at Jetts, and as some of you know there is no squat rack or free adjustable barbells there. This is the routine I have been doing for the past few weeks, suggested by a friend so let me know what you guys think If this is no good, could somebody please help me come up...

    Jetts Gym vs Home Gym

I'm sort of stuck here. As bad as it sounds I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on home equipment because I'm not sure if I am 100% committed yet. I also don't want to jump into a gym contract just yet either. That's why Jetts suits me perfectly for now. I still can't even bench the 25kg...

    Cheap home gym?

The thing is, I probably don't have room for a power rack which is why I am looking for a sturdy and safe squat rack. At least with a home gym if I decide I've given up on the weights, I can always sell it. You can't really sell your gym membership after you've already paid $600 in a year for...

    Cheap home gym?

Sounds like you got some great deals. However I'd prefer working out sooner rather than later, instead of spending months and months of looking at equipment and selling it. I guess as others have said, I can't do much at home without a power rack. Unless there is a squat stand that supports...

    Jetts Gym vs Home Gym

So it would be pretty hard to come up with any sort of routine for a beginner at a gym like Jetts?

    Cheap home gym?

So there are no squat racks that can also act as bench press spotters? A power rack would not really be practical for where I live, and as I said the weight I use probably won't go too high anyway. I can never really imagine myself doing 150kg squats or 120kg bench presses for example. I want...

    Cheap home gym?

I think most power racks are 210cm tall or something? It would just fit in my gym area, however if I attempted any chin ups I would probably hit my head on the roof and not be able to go all the way up haha

    Jetts Gym vs Home Gym

I'm in Melbourne. The only reason I'm at Jetts is because its conveniently open 24/7 and does not have contracts, so if I decide that I am not committed anymore than at least I won't have to pay contract fees.

    Cheap home gym?

I could probably sell the barbell set + weights for $200 including my york bench which I picked up for free lol So if I was to save a bit more coin, are there any packages I should be looking at? Does anybody else here have a home gym?

    Cheap home gym?

What was shitty about those squat stands? It looks pretty safe and can hold quite a lot of kg's in my opinion, but if you think any different please let me know. Consider I have a decent barbell/dumbbell set, wouldn't I just need a squat rack and some heavier weights to do something like a...

    Jetts Gym vs Home Gym

I cannot decide which path to go down. Right now I have a membership at Jetts, and I quite like it there. However a lot of people say it is not suitable for weight lifters as they do not have any squat racks or free adjustable barbells. Jetts has a Smith Machine, Dumbbells up to 40kg and ez...
