    I'm in Ballarat, VIC. What exactly is a dexa scan? I think you're right - I might stick to bulking for a while. My plan was just to get ripped for summer then bulk again. But I'd rather pack on some more mass and reach my overall goal quicker.

    I can do the math, what I'm asking is if there's any trick to it as I'm not familiar with that unit of measurement (IU) and I don't know at what ratio its generally mixed. I'm sure I could Google it and eventually find an answer, but I'd rather ask you guys to get a more tailored response.
