    Well you could always make your own recipe. This is just a guide and I am sure there are hundreds of other protein ball recipes out there. You could add more protein by adding some more protein-rich ingredients. In short you just have to modify the recipe into something that you want to have.

    Lucky for me I don't need to stay away from the foods I love because I am on a weight gain program so basically I'm free to eat everything I want to be able to reach my recommended calorie intake for my program! :D Pizzas, pasta and burgers!

    Does a newbie need supps?

    I'm not really a fan of newbies taking supplements as early as his 1st few months. I would focus more on my diet and workout regimen. If after a month or two you notice a significant change or improvement then who needs supplements? Try the natural way first. Don't rush yourself.
