    thanks mate just did a bit of a search and found out about both nolva and resveratrol , do you think he will lose his gains if he doesnt use nolva ? or any pct for that matter , he doesnt seem to worried about it but seems like a waste if thats the case :( About using just a test -e only cycle...

    Squats in the smith machine

    Wow plenty of thoughts on this , i do use it for doing shrugs only if there is no bar / rack and have used it for close grip bench for tris but other than that i dont use it myself . I have not tried rows on it .

    I thought this was the responce i would get , i myself have not tried it and prob wont . Its funny i just got home and saw another bloke doing it and we ofered him the rack as we were done and he was na this is fine , it was more like he was leaning back and pushing , didnt look good .

    Take a shaker to work add water drink at 9ish next shake bout 3ish at home creatine and PW just before gym at home bout 5ish ( only live 5 min away ) then post shake once home again , nice and easy .
