    What are your thoughts on fat loss protein, I really know nothing and thought I would post here What about max's supershred Just marketing at its finest? Or is it a good product worth buying It at 170 for 3kg?

    From what I have read online it's fine, it increases speed of absorption in a liquid and creatine degrades (creatinine) at 300+ degrees celcius

    Yeah I know but sometimes it tastes like drinking sandy water, when I was taking it with my protein I could never get it to mix 100% it was always gritty I'm sure I'm not the only one

    Thanks for this thread I have found a little bit of hot water and it dissolves pretty much instantly, I have also had 20g at once I wouldn't really recommend it just because of the cramps but it's only for 5 days so I could tolerate it

    That's all good I didn't see it as harsh I can see where your coming from, I'm guessing there are a heap of similar threads I did not see that sorry, thanks if I had read it I would have come to that conclusion a week ago Diet is pretty hard still live at home, but I really need to sit down...

    So what I have posted has been too compilcated? Just want to know for my own benifit, because I like it but everyone here shot it down in flames which tells me I have a lot to learn until I can confidently write a decent exercise prescription.
