    I guess it really depends on your body type, everyones different really. As i mentioned before im skinny fat with endormorphic traits and sadly also a very thin bonsd structure. My drop from 70 to 66.5ish kg has led to me seeing my abs first time in my life haha

    Well im around 172cm tall so thats not very tall either, When I first started gym i was eating like nuts and my stomach got even bigger than it was before I started the gym. Doing IF atm has really helped reduced alot of fat so far tho!

    Orighty then, I was just worried about losing arm size as my arms are already lacking majorly and i'm also worried about gaining alot of fat. I have a skinny fat complexion with thin bones so.. tahts like the worse kind of body.

    I just finished making a massive shake, 2 scoops of choc mint whey, hand full of almonds, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 banana, 2 choc chip cookies and omg tastes like heaven!

    Squeezing shoulder blades on bench?

    Hey guys, Just wondering if anyone had tips in squeezing shoulder blades back on the bench and what does this do. I've been trying to do this but every time I do the push my back just flattens out. Are your shoudler blades suppose to be squeezed like this the whole time through. thanks guys!

    CREATINE - Magic or Myth

    To be honest i'm not quite sure, but the general concensus around the online bb.com community is that is helps retain water to make you look "fuller" and also pump out probably 1 extra rep which would help in the long run. For me the water retentation never happened for me but wasn't t he reason...

    Personally i didn't respond to creatine so I think i'm a "non responder" but it definetely works for alot of people, just depends on your body really imo.

    BCAA reccomendation & intake protocol

    I use xtend's old formula of BCAA's which I got at the clearance price because the new formula had come out, but I take them fasted. I take 10g preworkout and 10g intra workout only on days i workout.
