    Hahahaha I never expected massive gains from it. When i tried protein for the first time when I was 14/15, I thought it was going to be like steroids... How juvenile I was back then. lol. Ahhhkay, well I will drop it when I finish the remainder and try it again in 6 months or so.

    looked in coles - no luck but i will try a different store i think the heavy protein mixture affected me today. felt incredibly sick which is not what you want before a job trial. thats interesting I'll google it to see if theres a detriment to having both at once. Cheers guys for the help
