Stupid Question: Creatine Non-responder

Hey,

I have cycled creatine a few times. And each time no significant [water] weight gain was noticeable, nor were there noticeable increases in strength gain, but maybe a slight improvement in recovery.

I was just wondering whether I should continue the use of creatine (aka buy a new batch) or discontinue using the supplement altogether or do you recommend a different supplement?

All feedback is appreciated.

Cheers
Stephen

No everyone responds, not that you should expect massive gains from creatine anyway.

I used it, got nothing, ditched it, just kept eating plenty and have found I'm doing ok without it.

I'm getting a bit of muscle growth atm, as well as fat, so I don't personally think I'll be in a hurry to get more creatine anytime soon.

over rated supp. it doesnt work for everyone. i myself got nothing from it. lose it and jus eat and train. better than any creatine :D

Hahahaha I never expected massive gains from it.

When i tried protein for the first time when I was 14/15, I thought it was going to be like steroids... How juvenile I was back then. lol.

Ahhhkay, well I will drop it when I finish the remainder and try it again in 6 months or so.
