    ive noticed that i have been neglecting lower back exercises for a while any suggestions on what exercises? and should i combine them with the same day i do back? obviously some back exercises incorpoate lower back but i want to target lower back specifically thanks !

    well man i stick tot he same exerices but i just cut out alot out of my food i basiclaly just cut out all fast food, most dairy, soft drinks, beer, and i try to eat 1 third less bread then i usually eat.. its very slow but works for me

    fk that cuz. stay natural if you eat good you don't need all those extra supplements.. i put on 15kg in about 3 months only eating at home along with horleys protein 30g a day. btw i smoke too

    wat happens is if u got big arms then they're heavier.. and if they connect they're gonna be harder if u know how to throw them. but havin said that bigger arms usually means slower :)
