im taku, 19, 70kg, 165cm, wishing to bulk.
current lifts:
squat: 82.5 for 10
bench: 75 for 8
deads: 150 1rm
i seem to be on an endless pleateu on bench and deads, so ill be searching on the forums for stuff on that, and also injury recovery/prevention for the most part:)
