    guy next to me was warming up the squatting with 60kg half squats, loaded up 100 for one quarter squat warm up, then sets of 120kg quarter squats, if that, for 3-4. he then proceeded to doing sets of deadlifts with 110kg for 3-4, literally dropping the weight each rep.

    hello all, im taku, 19, 70kg, 165cm, wishing to bulk. current lifts: squat: 82.5 for 10 bench: 75 for 8 deads: 150 1rm i seem to be on an endless pleateu on bench and deads, so ill be searching on the forums for stuff on that, and also injury recovery/prevention for the most part:)
