Doctor Explains Why Calories in vs Calories Out is a Fallacy.

So how long do you keep dropping calories?? This to me seems like the perfect way to stuff your metabolism. I am pretty certain a well executed ketonic diet has superior weight loss results for most people (over a pure calorie restriction diet). By well executed I mean done correctly, most...

Doctor Explains Why Calories in vs Calories Out is a Fallacy.

:D:D I don't even own a suit, and last time I wore one was around 25 years ago. So I can't really comment.

Doctor Explains Why Calories in vs Calories Out is a Fallacy.

Problem is that calories in vs calories out theory is based on physics, not human physiology. Humans are not machines, most dietary advice ignores this fact.

    Fixed roidgut

Yes, he looks fat in the first one he is much softer and more bloated, but the first picture is also edited to make it look worse than what it actually is. Just look how short his arms and torso are and how compressed his head is in the first photo.

Doctor Explains Why Calories in vs Calories Out is a Fallacy.

I don't believe I mentioned Dr Berg, yes he does the interview in one of the videos. Just because he is a chiropractor does not mean he has not done further study, clearly Dr Berg is not relying on his chiropractor training to run his nutritional forums. Dr Jason Fung is an expert in his...

Doctor Explains Why Calories in vs Calories Out is a Fallacy.

My mistake, I don't know who either of these people are, I looked him up and he is more qualified that the other guy, but he does not seem to be a practicing doctor even though he does claim to have some qualifications which he does not appear to be using in any field of medicine. He still...

    Veganism?

It goes both ways. Look what happens to long term vegans, their brain fades away, brain fog, inability to concentrate, inability to reason, many struggle to string a sentence together, lack of B12 causes cognitive problems and brain shrinkage mostly due to lack of nutrition. There may be an...

Doctor Explains Why Calories in vs Calories Out is a Fallacy.

OK I did about 5 minutes of research on your mate Jason Blaha Here is the first thing that comes up: He is a youtuber who claims to be an ex marine, soldier of fortune (mercenary), a black belt in two secret arts, and a former champion bodybuilder, among other things. all of his claims have...

Doctor Explains Why Calories in vs Calories Out is a Fallacy.

Interesting video, but I would love to know who this guy is, and what qualifications he has, anyone can make youtube videos with personal opinion. Personally I think he has no relevant medical qualifications that would enable him to make a judgement, unlike the some of the people he talks about...

Doctor Explains Why Calories in vs Calories Out is a Fallacy.

I am not saying anything, I simply posted up a video of a doctor who is at the top of his field saying something. I don't understand what you are trying to say. Who are these guys at the top of the industry?? And what industry are you talking about?

    Veganism?

I have always considered veganism as a mental health issue, and it should be treated as such. The lack of nutrition, such as cholesterol which is essential for brain development, lack of B12 and other essential vitamins and minerals greatly contribute to their lack of brain function.

    Veganism?

Definition of diet : the kinds of food that a person, animal, or community habitually eats. Every creature on earth has a natural diet, nothing to do with restrictions. Not really, overeating is only a minor part, biggest issue is the kinds of foods we eat and when we eat. The later have a...

    Veganism?

A diet is simply what you eat, no matter if it consists of ice cream and take away, vegan foods or carnivore foods. has nothing to do with restrictions. This is what got us into the obesity crisis in the first place. He does realise that pear juice is just sugar?

Seriously I worry about you. Ever heard of rotational grazing? I do live in a rural area have done so for 7 years. I live and work on properties, so I have a fair idea, the difference is that I educate myself and you don't, running animals on land especially grass lands actually improves the...
