    There's one of these gyms near where I work (Anytime Fitness) and I wouldn't join it due to security reasons either. But that's speaking as a young woman. If I was a beefcake I'd have no hesitation about joining!

    Forgot my lunch today so I had salmon and avocado sushi. Mmm, I love sushi :) Probably could've gone for something with a bit more protein but I'm a bit sick of it right now (have been having way too much tuna, for example).

    Hear, hear. I'm sorry about the jaw pain but hope the doctor can diagnose it. He'd be able to confirm whether you have temporomandibular whateveritis, but most likely it'd be something else (e-diagnosis can be quite off the mark despite your best efforts and intentions!)

    Protein Bars Now Available @ Amino Z

    Yum! Protein bars :) Will be interested in them if they're any good. Aussie Bodies were quite nice too (just avoid the low carb ones, they taste so gluggy and are so hard to swallow). Thanks Jay for taking on board our feedback :)

    It doesn't matter that you posted in here, Morgan! Females should eat pretty much in the same way that men do. Probably not the same quantities, but same principles. 7:30am 2-3 eggs + tomatoes + 1 glass milk 10:30am tuna sandwich 1:30pm leftovers from night before eg. spagbol, salad, fruit...
