    Caffeine in high doses has an adrenal effect. beta Alinine causes tingling. Those seem to be the main ingredients of jack3d.

    cheers for the info m8... coming to think of it, I have trained my chest much more than my legs.. When I first started (and had no clue on what i was doing), all i'd ever do was bench, curls and upper body... and thru out childhood, I never got into sports. So that probably explains why my legs...

    lol that is sad. But then again, it's not like the product is judged by a panel of experienced lifters, biochemists and dieticians. Most the time it's based on sales or user feedback, which in the case of fat burners, are mainly done by noobs who can really "feel" the caffeine burning the fat.

    I doubt it too... think about it. Why are none of these things being sold as pharmaceuticals? Because they don't work / don't have any evidence showing that they work. USP Labs released a product called OxyElite which claims to target alpha-2 receptors. It ends up just being a bunch of useless...
