    Tried pre workout ritual, it gave me heart palpitations after the workout. Also didn't like that I couldn't understand what half the ingredients were.. Now I just take a No-Doz caffeine pill, along with creatine and beta-alanine. Plus magnesium to stop the DOMs from previous workout.
