1 - 1.5 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Power
300g of Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 Large Banana (or two small)
1/2 Cup of Raw oats (or two wheatbix)
2 Raw Eggs whole (Yes I know, Raw..Sue me)
250ml Frozen Egg Whites
300ml Skim Milk
Yum :D
Hits about 90g of Protein last time I checked...
There are much better tablets for much cheaper.
The only reason I would buy one is if I was an Apple fanboy. Apple is 'okay' if you own a Mac, iPhone, etc and synch them all together. Other than that I would personally choose another tablet.
Hey guys, you guys probably know I'm cutting already. Moving into a heavier stack just need some advice on dosages.
Current Stack (Just Finished)
Day 1 - 100mg C 15mg Syn
Day 2-4 - 100mg C 20mg Syn, 2x
Day 5-7 - 200mg C 20mg Syn, 2x
Day 8-14 - 300mg C 30mg Syn first dose, 200mg Syn 20mg Syn...
Exactly what I told him and based on his "needs" it recommend 3 tables preworkout, 2 tablets post workout. Which $5/workout, waste of money for nothing special

Protein Cup Cakes/Muffins
1Cup Egg White
1Cup Raw Oats
500g Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 - 2 Scoops of Vanilla / Any protien power
1 Large banana mushed
Mix it all in a bowl, throw it in an over 180 for 25min, and then you have a high protein snack ready for those late arvo cravings.
Okay well I know a friend who is trying this pre workout "Pharmanex OverDrive". He claims everything in it is all natural and it will work, however I have looked over the ingrediants list and to me it looks like an overpriced multivitamin ($50/bottle - 60tables)

It's pretty simple. Even this week I ate some garbage food (packet of chips, had some cake, etc) as long as its all counted it is sweet. Still lost .4kg which is nice and steady. Should hit 78 - 80 by summer which for me is optimum weight
