Room is roughly 5m wide usable space, to be honest an extra metre would give a much better feeling of space in my setup. About 8.5m long. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk

Seated row is a welded Commercial peice but no branding.. It was cheap though... Movement isn't perfect but it's usable. Stack on the leg curl is 150kg.. Tweaked my back moving it! Almost better now though Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk

My gym_ re arranged and updated with new GHR, seated row, leg extension and leg curl. Planning to figure out how to squeeze the second hand life cycle recumbent bike, a seated calf and probably a leg press in to complete the gym. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk

Why does everyone jackoff to the little shit?

I don't think I was as light as 60kg at 14, let alone when I started lifting! But I still started with curls... :) Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk

Which last peices of equipment to get

How much difference (other than being selectorised) are you finding with the commercial unit? I'm thinking I could stow one easily enough Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk

Which last peices of equipment to get

Mostly hypers to be honest, but I've done some glute ham raises, the rollers do make it easier at the top which is a consideration in terms of getting maximum value from the machine , I can get out about 5 reps per set and my hamstrings aren't all that.. , I actually feel the exercise most...

Most of these machines I've seen are pin loaded though with only moderate stacks?.. Also can you effectively do a calf raise on a lever leg press? Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk

Which last peices of equipment to get

I've got 360kg of 25's and 20's so that's pretty much covered... But it looks like a solid leg press starts at 2k.. I've used one of those hammer strength dual machines before, pretty decent machine, big footprint though. The calves are actually a big reason to get the leg press, I quite...

Which last peices of equipment to get

So, my home gym is almost complete for now. It has the following items Cheap cable crossover Force usa Commercial rack Body solid lever squat Commercial leg ext (needs new cable) Commercial lying leg curl Dip bars Pec delt machine Diverging arm seated row Commercial spin bike Incline...

I'm assuming you mean the lever leg press not the 45 degree? Although I must say I do really like the hammer strength 45.degree leg press. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk

    Cheap Cable Crossover

My fitness and strength unit is going well enough, but i'm also working on the premise I could easily replace the pulleys. I'll probably buy a commercial level model in the distant future, but cable crossovers are in general a very useful but expensive home gym item Sent from my GT-I9505...

Where did you start? Where are you now? What were your biggest hurdles? How did you o

Started lifting a few weights with mates when I was 16/17 then stopped when I hit uni (while my mates joined the military) , ate lots and hit 140kg by around 24. Decided that needed to be fixed, hit the gym and ate sensibly for about 3.5 months and dropped to 95kg. Life caught up with me and I...

    Leg Extension suggestions.....

My hamstrings were sore after doing GHR and seemed to target my hamstrings well, but i personally enjoy doing lying leg curls as well and i'd say I've had more Doms from leg curls in the past (I'm struggling to do volume of ghrs) I have done unweighted reverse hypers but to be honest didn't...

    Half rack or full rack?

Half rack takes up a lot less space including important 'air space'.. But personally I feel more confident in a full rack Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk

    Leg Extension suggestions.....

That together with lack of space is enough for me not to get that, I'll stick with DB pullovers at home for now and use the hammer strength on my rare gym visits. Leg ext and curl seem decent though for, $500 combined :) Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk

    Leg Extension suggestions.....

Think I've just found a less nice but still commercial peice with a 90kg stack for $250, and a lying leg curl with 150kg stack for $250. Very tempted by a nautilus Nitro pullover (110kg stack) for $1250 but I just don't think I have anywhere to put it!! Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
