    Adjustable dumbells

I can get 65kg on the ones I got from gym direct. Unless you're roiding I can't see you using much more than that. If you're really serious though buy the 'big boy' dumbbells from iron mind and get the pancake plates from ABC. I'd say you'd be able to fit 140kg+ on that way.

    How Attractive Are You?

Lol - whilst she's predestined for a top tier firm maternity leave will see her carrying around a water bottle like the other hens in HR. There are higher castes though. I was reading the wall street journal once. In it they had an interview with some guy who owned an umbrella corporation that...

    Front Squats: Barbell vs. Kettlebell.

How to make a trent trap: (1) Pick the highest calorie meal you can find at nandos, oporto or mcdonalds. Put it on the pavement. (2) Put a box over the food (3) Prop up the box on one side with a piece of wood attached to a string. Hide behind a bush with said string. (4) When you hear a...

    How Attractive Are You?

I used to think that social mobility was fluid. In my twilight years however I've learnt that the Indians had it right with the caste system - some people are just born lucky. Being white, upper middle class, 6' and above average looks wise I tell myself how lucky I am. This is hard to do...

    Front Squats: Barbell vs. Kettlebell.

Run the program over with trent? as long as you've got some hardcore hamstring work your squat will go up. Alternatively you could just squat with a lighter weight (say 80% of your work set).

    Sydney's Best new Gym ?????

Machines serve no functional purpose. Anyone who tells you otherwise has either know knowledge of basic human physiology or is trying to swindle you. Fortunately people are starting to 'get it'. Our next issue before we reach the Übermensch: the realisation that just because something uses free...

This is what happens when you fund shitty areas like 'gender linguistics' in public universities. Then again the IQ of your average meathead is woefully low.

    Front Squats: Barbell vs. Kettlebell.

Kyle's right. If you do 3x8 with the 20s and next time use 24s you've made an 8kg increase which is an enormous jump in weights. the higher the kettle bells get the bigger the jumps. Karen I've seen you IRL and I don't think you're too inflexible to front squat. As trent will tell you, front...
