    1. Probably 1g/llb is a safe bet. 2. It doesn't matter whether you eat 8 or 1 meals a day. Bigger meals = bigger thermic effects, smaller meals = smaller thermic effects. 3. It doesn't matter so long as you meet your macros.

    It's not the worst thing I've ever seen. Make barbell bench press the main lift on your chest day and standing barbell overhead press the main lift on your shoulders day. Put everything you can into your squat, bench, deadlift and press. On a minor note ditch the pec deck and do inclines...

    http://ausbb.com/strength-training-power-lifting/9460-beginners-program.html I did starting strength but if I had my time again I'd probably do that program. I'd swap the stiff legs for conventional deadlifts though. And wings right, I do PPP now. Looking at a 220/140/260 raw total at the nats.

    Imo the thing that stops most people getting there is boredom/OCD. Most beginners don't want to squat/bench/dead every workout. They want to do fun stuff like kettlebell swings, bodybuilder work or flirt with MMA, so they lack the ability to put 2.5kg on the bar session after session.

    I'm a bit of a minimalist - I try to live with as fewer luxuries as i can. That way I can spend my time doing things I enjoy as opposed to working in order to buy more crap.

    I don't care what he's like outside the ring (its all promotional hype anyway). Mundine is an awesome counter puncher - the only one australia's produced. Like Fenech, Katsidis and Darchinyan are good fighters but it gets a bit the same. as for pedicures - its a fucking fingernail I can clip...
