    Fat gripz any one?

Like Adam said one of the positives of Fat Bar training is the reduced strain on the smaller joints, specifically medial elbow and wrist, thanks to the increased surface area in which the weight displaces through the palm of the hand. Another is irradiation, by making the hands and the...

    Inzer Z suit

Lol I didn't want it real loose, snug would be how I'd describe I wanted it. I was a little surprised on how tight it is, but wouldnt say I'm bitching. Just going to wear on speed days for a bit if extra hip support without a bunch of carryover. I was just going to get some briefs but it was...

Just got some Inzer gear from the states including an Inzer Z suit. Not sure if its tight and I have to get used to it or if its actually too small. I'm 5'10, 92-93kg with a 26.5" upper thigh (where the bottom of the suit leg is) Ordered a size 35 which is for 97kg-106kg cause I wanted it...

    power bands

Long Band (41in) tension stats, for some rough numbers. Even I think the way I do it is a little over zealous, but bringing in hooke's law is lol worthy. http://articles.elitefts.com/training-articles/long-band-calibrations/ I know Iron Edge have some numbers on their site too, but not sure...

    power bands

Spritcha, another easy way to test tension for bigger guys or those who cbf'd is to buy a luggage scale. Most have a digital readout on the top of the handle so they give you specific readings. Cost is about $15-$20 for a 50kg capacity, more expensive for higher capacities (up to 200kg)...

Best PreWO Supp for Weights and Cardio

Used to take White Flood, grape I think, and it worked well. I used to have half servings because I hated the flavour of a full serve. Pretty sure it's still unavailable for import from the states and pretty expensive here. Now I have 80-100mg caffeine and some Powerade powder Pre Training...

    Zma

If you don't know which one is giving you benefits why take both at the same time?? Take the melatonin for a 2-3 weeks on it's own to see how it affects you, then the ZMA. Also recommend the ZMA for Bulk Nutrients.

    Deadlifting with Anth and Daniel

Not a bad effort for the end of a workout, didn't see the other vids though. They would've been more impressive had they been off the floor instead of pin pulls. And LOL at the big guy Singh, around the 3 min mark when Bailes is about to start his set and he starts wiffin the Nose Tork.

    Need a new program

I don't have any personal experience using Sheiko so I won't comment on that. But with the wrist, are you grabbing the bar with a full grip like you would benching? If yes, then it could be that you're torquing your wrist in a bad way. Changing to a thumbless grip could help, and depending on...

    "speed training"

Have you any of your own reasoning of how you came about this conclusion? Do you have any particular individual examples? Or just taking the premise from Mike T and regurgitating it in your own words? "Like learning to grind, learning to be more explosive is a big topic all by itself. If you...

    "speed training"

I wouldn't say constant acceleration, I'd say teaches to accelerate and maintain. Even with chains there is still a point in any movement where we will slow down. Also "reprogram" is a bit too permanent sounding, the force-velocity curves of a chained bench to a normal bench will always be...
