    Hit 3 PBs over last weekend at the GPC NSW States at 74.1kg BW Squat - 221kg (182.5kg) Deadlift - 235kg (221kg) Total - 585kg (540kg) I'm expecting bigger numbers at Nats. Should hopefully total over 600 @ 75.

    Hit a new PB on the deadlifts tonight. 205 kg x 1 @ 73 kg BW Slowly closing in on 3 x BW deads.

    20 rep sets

    Not a fan of high volume sets, but it can be fun sometimes to test out endurance. A week ago I did 100kg x 15 speed reps on the bench touch n go @ 73kg bw for shits and giggles. Bench has never felt so strong before.

    Spoto and Efferding Raw Benching

    If you've ever seen spoto bench, he only does half reps with no lockout unless he's competing. It's to save his joints from stress. 62 half reps is still impressive though!

    I'm gonna up my bench training intensity over the next few weeks. Depending on how I go, I may have a crack at the bench record ;) 220 deadlift is still a pretty distant goal for me. I'd be happy to hit 200 on the day I reckon.
