Well what else am i supposed to do?
is it not easier to moderate newbies posts with links, if they spam ban them, if its a legit post with link then allow it?
I don't understand what you mean "one side to the other"
I am on about the bars that stick out from the front (or back depending on how you view it) of the rack that stop the bar from crushing you while doing a bench press or squat if you can't lift it
Yeah I still eat cheese but try to avoid dairy milk if I can, I have had whey protein in the past and when I was having 2 a day it made me rather windy to say the least.......
Hi,
How many posts do I have to do before I can post a link?
The main reason I joined this forum is to ask advice regarding 2 half racks in considering buying but I can't cos I can't post the links to them
Cheers

Unfortunately I don't like eggs, I've never liked them even when I was a meat eater.
The only time I can eat them is when they are baked in something like a cake or quiche etc etc
I've got some pea protein powder, looks like I'll have to have at least 2 of them a day
I've been looking at a cheapo half rack on eBay it's only 190$ item number 332366925246 (I can't post links yet ?)
Any thoughts or comments on it?
I'm only gonna use it twice a week and I'm doing the stronglifts 5x5 program
Cheers
