    What are your results so far? I think you have miscalculated your calories. Breakfast you have 131 calories, a standard protein shake at 30g is 120cal.

    Any done the RFL diet by Lyle McDonald? Thoughts? Results? etc. Essentially its a protein sparing modified fast with most calories coming from protein. Adding in fish oil, vitamins and fibre from veggies.

    Yea my max bench is about 60kg. Il chuck on a bench shirt and use 75% of my max and really control the weight down, tempo 305, the shirt should help with the lowering part. I hope this builds big chesticles!

    Anyone tried powdered oats?

    I make my own powdered oats using a food processor. ( larger blade and bowl ) Put half a kilo in there n blend it all up, then the other half. The possibilities are then endless when it comes to shakes. Today I had a scoop of oats + a scoop of protein + 200g yoghurt and heaps of raspberries...
