    4kg gains in one month are certainly possible.... but in your first month alone. If your coming off a diet and all of a sudden you start eating lots of carbs, your body will store a lot of liquid. 4kg muscle gain... nope

    That's a debate you won't win on this forum... I have only ever done splits. Either way will work, it really comes down to diet and rest. Heres a better one; Monday - Legs Tuesday - Chest, tris Wednesday - Rest Thursday - Back, Bis Friday - Shoulders / Traps Saturday - Rest Sunday - Rest

    Raw eggs

    Only 50% of a raw egg's protein is bioavailable as apposed to something like 90% of a cooked egg. I'm sure there is other benefits to eating them raw though. I know Fadi loves his raw eggs, and was drinking a huge ammount of them at some point...

    well that is not going to happen either.... If you are already as big as you say you are, then you must have been training for years. And if you have been training for years then you must know that natural gains come slower and slower the bigger you get..

    When doing incline press, try bringing the dumbells down next to your head instead of next to your chest. Make sure your chest is sky high and fully expanded. If you go too heavy, your delts will take over.

    Gday drain, this product is a good one. It is one of the very few products on the market that doesn't contain "propietry blends" and caffeine. I haven't tried it, so can't comment on taste, but based on research on the ingredients, then I can definitely say it's a good one.
