Please suggest the most hassle free way to get a cotrisone shot

Thanks guys. I called a Sports specialist/physio and he basically said to just see a GP to get a reference to get my shot. Book for tomorrow and hopefully can get a direct referral to get the cortisone shot. Tendonitis is so frustrating....

Please suggest the most hassle free way to get a cotrisone shot

I injured my triceps tendon about 10 weeks ago and stopped training completely to let it rest. It didn't recover and gotten slightly worse, and I'm hardly doing any physical activity with my triceps. It definitely seems like a case of tendonitis and I want to get a cortisone shot. I've had one...

    Golf

This was me this year. Took up golf at the beginning of the year, just as I was getting consistent with my weight training. Then got addicted to golf and totally dropped the training, still hopeless at golf, it's so frustrating. Now I've been solidly back into training for the last month and...

    Too poor to eat healthy?

More like too lazy to eat healthy rather than too poor to eat healthy. And it seems her laziness is not limited to her eating habits.

Do it. Even if your foot is not quite ready, you can start off with upper body first.

    Standing calf raises or seated?

I'm guessing part of the reason you can squeeze your calves more on the seated press is that you can put all your focus on them while your body is fully supported with no risk. When doing them standing on a block, barbell on your back, in a power rack, your body will be very concerned about...

    Standing calf raises or seated?

Training at home I'm currently doing standing calf raise with a squat pad on a smith machine while standing on a calf block, and also a calf press on a 45 degree leg press. I much prefer the standing version. Seated calf raise works more the soleus I believe. This is the calf block I use, it...
