    After reading the whole topic I wanted to quote this post because it is 100% correct, if the next morning after squatting you need a wheelchair to get to the bus stop because the DOMS are unbearable than what you are doing is correct.

    Sorry to bring up a old topic, how do Superfine Oats from Bulk Powders- Australia's #1 Bulk Supplements supplier compare to OatMass. I am guessing they are pretty much the same nutrition value, I cant seem to find the nutrition table for SuperFine Oats. They are alot cheaper than OatMass also...

    Is BN the cheapest place I can get my proteins from? I am after some protein, does anyone recommend any flavours in particular? I am looking at getting the Chocolate WPC 20KG bag, so want to make the right choice. Also what is the expiry date on one of those bags as 20KG will last me a year.

    Leg Press Hack Squat Machine

    Yeh serious mass is exactly what I am currently aiming for, the three exercises you just listed is exactly what I am currently doing including straight leg deadlifts and standing calf raises. I have a whole day dedicated to just legs to push them as far as possible.
