Rice is a staple in many people's diets - it's cheap and pretty tasty, but it's easy to get bored with it. What are your favorite ways to use rice in cooking to make it a star? Have any preferred types that you think make the difference?

Yep high in fats but mostly the good monounsaturated kind from the avocado and almonds. It's low in carbs and has a lot of fibre.

ON Cassein (chocolate supreme is my fav)
50 ml milk and one scoop mixed with a spoon
Protein pudding low carb version
10ml hot water mixed with flat teaspoon of gellatin
Mix that in with:
50 ml coconut milk - 2g carbs
1 tablespoon almond spread - 3g carbs 11g good fats
