Workout frequency: 2 days on, 1 day off, 1 day on, 1 day off
Day #1: Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Day #2: Back/Biceps/Abs
Day #3: Rest Day
Day #4: Quads/Hamstrings/calves
Day #5: Rest Day
Then repeat
Alternatively, you can do two days on and one day off. Just keep rotating the workouts...
For anyone posting their diet up it would also help if you could include the following information...
(1) Height
(2) Weight
(3) Age
(4) Training goal
(5) How many times you train per week
(6) Approximate serving size of food (this would help greatly)

I got a gym membership to a 24 hour gym that is 100% machines acept dumbbells. Because i wanted to lift weights before work which i couldnt do with my home gym as it wakes the people next door.
