Your challenge, if you sign up, is to make progress updates once a week for 12 weeks. That's it. Simple, right?
You don't have to do amazing things every week, you might have unexpected setbacks, you might even have to put fitness aside while you deal with life stuff for a few weeks. That's all fine. To be successful at this, you just have to stick with it, even when it's not going so great.
