Coming off the back of a chest injury, I've found my left side is far weaker than the right.
Is it better to bring the whole lift down a few kg's to the capability of the weak side, or do additional work to build the weak side back up?
I dont have a spotter when im at the Gym so the Smith Machine is a safer option for me i think.
Hey just curious is the Smith Machine Press the same as doing a Bench Press or is the bench press a better option for working the chest??

Not sure how this happened, but my left shoulder is substatialy weaker than my right one. So much so that when doing bench press im being held back by its weakness. It causes pain as if it was strained or pulled somehow.
Has anyone else had this happen to them? Whata did you do to...
